Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where the context so requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain a kh44 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains open:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. kh44 will verify your age as part of the KYC process. If at any point we determine that you are or were under 18 at the time of registration, your Account will be closed immediately, any Balance forfeited, and any winnings voided.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• Single Account: You do not already hold an active or suspended kh44 Account. kh44 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Opening multiple Accounts is prohibited and may result in all Accounts being closed and Balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment method details — is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not previously requested a self-exclusion from kh44 that remains in effect, and you are not a player who has been permanently banned from the Platform.
• Not Acting on Behalf of a Third Party: You are opening and operating the Account solely for your own personal use and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person.

kh44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified in our request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games, betting markets, and financial services on kh44, you must first register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information and to confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Registration Process. You must provide a valid username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a primary payment method (such as a bKash or Nagad mobile number). kh44 may also ask for your city of residence within Bangladesh — for example, Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, or Cox's Bazar — to tailor payment method availability and promotional offers appropriately.

KYC Verification. Before your first withdrawal is processed, kh44 will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This process involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where relevant, evidence that the payment method registered to your Account is owned by you. kh44 may request KYC at any earlier stage if there are grounds to verify Account information.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. kh44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds. kh44 also reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time if we determine that these Terms and Conditions have been breached.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kh44 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kh44 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa. Other payment methods may be made available from time to time at kh44's discretion.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your kh44 Account Balance instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. kh44 does not charge transaction fees on standard BDT deposit methods; however, your mobile money provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility. Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon credit.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a security measure designed to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their verified source. Standard withdrawal processing time is one to four hours from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved by our payments team. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if additional verification is required.

• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are only processed after KYC verification has been completed. Players who have accepted a bonus must satisfy the associated wagering requirement before real-money funds credited under that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Players who require higher withdrawal limits should contact our support team to discuss account-level arrangements.
• Refused Withdrawals: kh44 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, kh44 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before processing the transaction.
• Unclaimed Balances: Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months and carry a positive Balance will be classified as dormant. kh44 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account Balances. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting our support team.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotion Terms

kh44 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and national holidays. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion under which they are offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your Account automatically upon meeting the qualifying deposit or activity condition unless the promotion specifies that a bonus code must be entered.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). You must wager the bonus amount — or the combined deposit plus bonus amount, as specified — that number of times before the resulting balance qualifies for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are set out in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• kh44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where possible, kh44 will give Players reasonable advance notice of material changes to active promotions.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any indication that bonuses are being exploited, abused, or used in coordination with other players to generate guaranteed profit will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account closure.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the kh44 Platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and with all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on kh44 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing False Information: Registering with false, incomplete, or misleading personal details, or impersonating any other person or entity.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one Account on the kh44 Platform, whether under your own name or using different identity details, in order to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent Account restrictions.
• Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank accounts) to deposit funds into a kh44 Account.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus structures, including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play with other users, in a manner that undermines the commercial intent of the promotion.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other Players in casino games or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or fixed-match betting.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without genuine human input.
• Interference with Platform Integrity: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with the kh44 Platform, its games, its payment systems, or its servers in any way.

kh44 reserves the right to monitor Account activity and to investigate any conduct that suggests a breach of these obligations. Determinations made by kh44 following such investigations are final and binding in the first instance, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in our support policy.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the kh44 Platform — including but not limited to the kh44 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the property of kh44 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Game content is provided under licence from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kh44 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the kh44 Platform or its content for any commercial purpose. Any unauthorised use of kh44's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to kh44 by Players (including via live chat or email) may be used by kh44 to improve the Platform without obligation to the submitting Player. Submission of feedback does not create any intellectual property rights in favour of the Player.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

kh44 operates as an online entertainment platform. Gambling involves financial risk, and Players accept that risk when choosing to play for real money. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kh44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, payment processing delays, or unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Platform Availability. kh44 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. kh44 will endeavour to minimise disruption and will publish notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Game Outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by the random number generator (RNG) systems of the relevant certified game provider, or by genuine live-dealer mechanics in the case of live casino games. kh44 does not control game outcomes and will not reverse game results except where a demonstrable technical malfunction has caused an incorrect outcome to be recorded. In such cases, the relevant game provider's determination is final.

Amendments to These Terms. kh44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with at least seven days' advance notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the principles of fairness and good faith applicable in the jurisdiction in which kh44 operates. All disputes arising from your use of the Platform should be directed in the first instance to our support team at [email protected]. kh44 commits to investigating all disputes promptly and fairly.
